Term limits of 5yrs for all House and Senate members. No more lifetime pay. Pay will be what the median income in the US is. They have to be on the same healthcare plans as their constituents. They also need to "work" minimum 260 days a year. This is to get rid of career establishment politicians. And with limits of 5yrs it reduces the time lobbyists can get their hooks in them. And instead of campaigning they actually have to work.
