These programs need to have time limits max 2 years. Section 8 housing needs to be just for people with disabilities and the elderly, not for people who are able bodied and can work.
People with children that apply for all these benefits should be told since they cant afford to support their kids now then they should not have anymore while on benefits, they will not receive any increases in benefits if they do.
