Daily we are witness to the unsafe driving practices of millions of individuals. Individuals that knowingly risk the safety of themselves and others around them for nothing more than a text message or glance at their phones.
This petition is to help begin a process to enact a nationwide law to stop people from handling their cellphones while driving. Only hands free operation should be permitted by the operator. Millions are
affected, millions are at risk.
