Many tobacco products contain thousands of carcinogenic chemicals. Banning the use and sale of tobacco products would save more people's lives by lessening the rate of cancer due to the carcinogenic chemicals in said products as well as bettering the general health of the populous. Many children suffer the consequences of their parent's habits through second hand smoke. Banning tobacco products would also lessen birth defects of new born children.
