completely ban the use of neonicotinoid pesticides in the United States of America, active immediately.

Created by M.T. on August 29, 2014

Recent important research studies have shown a positive and causal link between neonicotinoid pesticides and the global death and disappearance of bees.

Bees are crucial to our agricultural system and all wild flora. Humans cannot likely survive the loss of bees and other pollinators with any kind of quality of life. These pesticides have already been banned in many other countries and must be banned in the U.S. as well. We do not have time to wait for more studies, as the rate of bee loss has been in the 70-90% range for many beekeepers this past winter.

Neonicotinoid pesticides must be banned immediately in all states in order for native pollinators as well as honey bees to recover if they are to have any chance of surviving.
