This bill would make it legal for any legal resident of Oklahoma to purchase up to an ounce of marijuana at a time. Any out of state American resident could purchase up to a quarter ounce. This bill would also completely decriminalize it for the state. It should not be illegal if tobacco and alcohol are legal. Marijuana has medical uses and has never caused any deaths anywhere.
