The DEA is corrupt and wasteful. Cannabis has no been legalized in two states. The vast majority of DEA budget goes to eradicate use of Cannabis in all industrial, medicinal, and recreational uses. The DEA will conitinue to claim that the natural plant cannabis is evil and destructive and will continue to deny the directives of the voters, all scientific fact, presidental commission recommendations, and statistical analysis making claims to the contrary. All remaining federal and state agencies can be responsible for overseeing the dismantling process and division of assets and law enforcement duties.
