Private Capital shall undergo Complete Expulsion from the political process, in the form of:
—abolishment of the present institution of "lobbyism," including especially (but not limited to) the contribution of money, time, or favors to members of our government, and also including eviction from physical spaces representative of such an institution.
—establishment of public fund (via tax revenue) by which all political activity must be budgeted; excludes egoistic or offensive advertising such as personal/attack commercials or excessive travel. Shall be used primarily for the conducting of public debates, “town hall” style engagements, and select conventions which are necessary for informed decision-making.
