Invalidate the HHS mandate and completely ban all funding supporting any federal program and all programs replicating it. This petition wants to ban and stop funding of all federal programs that supports abortion, abortifacients, contraception, and all birth control, all of which may be surgical and non-surgical. Programs like Planned Parenthood and Obamacare are addressed as such programs that are to be invalidated.
