Welfare is a massive load on those who actually work for what they earn. And those who DON'T work at ALL get ANYTHING? Thats not fair to the middle class, letting those lower-class sit around all day and gather checks for nice cars and devices while they live in a $20,000 home they don't pay a cent for. From now on, you MUST work and MUST have proof of recent working status to get absolutely ANYTHING. Oh, and if you have 15 kids of all different last names, you don't get more money for each and every one. It''s probably not going to them anyway.
