We need to remove "No child left behind" all together because it allows students to pass by doing almost nothing at all. It lets students pass with all F's. And it doesn't help people actually learn.
State tests have gotten easier, and schools have stopped teaching in depth to students. We need to do more to help students learn. Not let them pass by with low grades!
