According to the official White House website, "[u]nder Article II of the Constitution, the President is responsible for the execution and enforcement of the laws created by Congress."
We, the undersigned people of the United States, do hereby petition the President to perform that Constitutional duty and enforce the laws passed by Congress by requiring Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid to pass a budget.
We also petition any sitting members of the House of Representatives who read this petition to use their Constitutional power of Impeachment if our President continues to refuse to perform the duties he was elected to perform.
