President Obama pushed for and signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Section 1513 of this law requires quarterly reports on the stimulus through the third quarter of 2013. 14 reports should have been released but only 8 have been, the last report covered a period ending in June 2011.
To comply with the law he spearheaded and signed, President Obama must release these missing statements and offer an explanation to the American people why the most transparent government ever has been withholding this information.
