Appeal to the President to abide by the U.S. Constitution as it pertains to appointments and nominations of key government personnel over our agencies subject to Senatorial approval in accordance with Article II and Article III. In particular, this refers to the appointment of Mr. Richard Cordray as the head of the new consumer protection agency as well as recent appointments to the NLRB. No politician is above the supreme law of this nation.
