The question of treatment to European Union with request to extend Magnitsky Act on EU territory:
1. Compose and send an official treatment to European Union with request to extend Magnitsky Act on EU territory;
2. Create a mechanism for approval of composition of this List between USA and EU;
3. Continuous monitoring, selection of candidates and adding them to List.
