Create a national req that empowers communities and law enforcement to address the increase of law enforcement related fatalities and misconduct, allows representative from the community and law enforcement to identify/remove police officers that violate community standards/laws while at the same time promotes behaviors that unite.
* Create a review board made up of community and law enforcement rep. that equals the diversity of the comm. - they have power to remove an officer after 3 violations or removal for law violations.
*Provide grief counseling for those impacted by police misconduct and violation.
*Require officers to under go yearly certification for non-lethal weapons training, crucial conversations & counseling.
