We the people of the United States have already spoken on how we feel about Justin Bieber. Also we understand that you refuse to reply. So I propose a compromise we all can agree on. We trade Russia Justin Bieber and they give us Edward Snowden back, everyone wins. This will help keep the peace between both of our countries and increase the peace within the United states of America. We the people trust that you will actually respond with a real reply it's our right to be heard.
