Compromise with republicans and agree to meaningful reductions in medicare, medicaid and social security costs over time to bring the deficit under control.
Agree to revenue increases that don't require tax rate increases. I agree that the rich should pay more; but the big problem is spending on entitlements which you refuse to discuss.
Lead the country Mr. President and address the real problem. With respect to taxes, tax reform not rate increases are what is needed. Gov. Romney's ideas of progressive deduction limits seemed to be worth considering.
