There has clearly been a rise in gun violence since we are now allowed to earn conceal and carry permits easily.
I want every single person to go through intense testing and/or counseling before they are able to even take a training course in order to receive their permit. Make it mandatory for psychiatrists to review all medical history. Talk to a certain amount of family members to find out what their childhood was like. It may be expensive and take longer, but at least we will be safer.
