Concealed Carry of Firearms, for ALL CITIZENS of United States

Converge all Concealed Carry Permits to be covered by one license. As it is now, each state has its own regulations and criteria that must be met for issuance of a firearm concealed carry permit. Why? This should be a universal one License covers all states, same criteria. There is much confusion when carrying from state to state. This should be easily remedied with ONE uniform license covered by the same rules for each state. Those of us that currently are licensed should be grandfathered in. Those that wish to obtain a new first time permit should be qualified with rules set forth in States like South Carolina or Florida and Arizona.
