Concede to the Citizens of the United States, that the U.S. did not have a President presiding over office.
To Concede and Inform the Citizens of the United States of America that the U.S.A. did not have a President presiding over the people during the years of 2008-2012. Or to Specify the months and or years that the United States was without a President.
We also seek clarification to the current standing of the U.S.A. to see if there is currently a President with Legal standing in qualifications to fill that position assigned by the people, and as to what Qualifications have not been met.
