Concentrate during his campaign on passing the Healthy Workplace Bill in all states - encouraging the bill to be passed.

The Healthy Workplace Bill passed into a law in all states would stop bully bosses from using their power to make employees feel anxious, inadequate, and depressed forcing them to quit their job prematurely. The bill is getting close to being passed into law in Mass & NY. Some European Countries have had this law since 1994. We need to get the process moving faster. I myself am currently going through this torment with my boss. It is very destructive on the human spirit - upper management also backs up the bully in order to save face. It is a very sick person who becomes a bully. We must make work conditions mentally healthy!
