That Bills, Laws or Acts shall not contain any "loopholes" to the Bills, Laws or Acts in the process of creation and in the process of establishment of Bills, Laws or Acts. That the Bills, Laws or Acts which were created AND contain "loopholes" shall be rewritten in favor of The United States Constitution; The Rights of United States Citizens; The Rights of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness; The Rights of Humanity and any and all "loopholes" which are found in previously written Bill, Law or Act shall be closed within these Bills, Laws or Acts to protect these Rights.
