Concisely, accurately, without prejudice, explain why an envoy is being sent to Michael Brown's funeral.

Created by W.B. on August 25, 2014

Concisely, accurately, without prejudice, address the citizens of the United States of America the reason President Obama deems it necessary to send an envoy from the White House to Michael Brown’s funeral. Many soldiers, policeman and citizens have died for good and just causes, but the White House does not send representatives to their funeral. The decision to send a White House envoy in this case, to a young man that strong armed a store owner, is not acceptable. United States Army Vietnam Veteran 1969-1971
