Concurrent receipt of retirement pay and disability compensation has been expanded over the past decade, but still does not apply to all military retirees with service-connected disabilities disabilities.

There has been some recent support for this matter in Congress, however, this issue seems to always die in a Congressional Committee. Accordingly, we petition this administration to task Congress with this important matter, and pass legislation benefiting military retirees/veterans who have earned the right to Concurrent Receipt based on their honorable service to their country.
