Russia has been committing many war crimes in Syria and have killed many civilians, more so than ISIS. They have used indiscrimanant cluster munitions and targeted hospitals. Russia has targeted civilian targets, such as hospital said in their war on Syria. This amounts to a war crime, and they must be held accountable
