Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin has repeatedly violated the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America by passing laws prohibiting peaceful protesting on public property and by having peaceful protesters arrested by Capitol Police. We, the people of Wisconsin, request the assistance of the Federal Government in righting the wrongs dealt to our citizens by Gov. Scott Walker.
