Condemn the killing of innocent Sikh protestors by the Indian Government

Created by P.S. on October 18, 2015

Today, October 14,2015, the Indian Government launched an attack on peaceful Sikh protestors. The Sikhs were protesting an attack on the holy scripture, Guru Granth Sahib ji. Guru Granth Sahib ji was ripped apart and the pages were thrown on the street. Innocent Sikh civilians gathered together to peacefully protest. The police and the army were called. Excessive force was used. Actual bullets were shot at unarmed protestors. Elderly men and women as well as children were beaten. The crowds were shot at. The protestors were not large in number, yet the army was called in. This is a violation of human rights which shocks the conscience. There is evidence of today's attacks in the form of video, photographs, as well as testimony of those who were present.
