We call upon this administration to:
1. condemn the actions of the Ukrainian government that has displaced hundreds of thousands of people.

And killed hundreds of civilians, such as medics and children.
2. Call for the holding of a referendum to determine the status of Eastern Ukraine overseen by a international group such as the UN.
• UN charter states: To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace
The voice of people of Eastern Ukraine is being threatened. A referendum that votes for unity will cut off those who wish for independence, and a vote for independence to Kiev
