Present efforts to influence the peace process in the middle east are failing to create a peaceful coexistence of Israel and Palestine. We request that the United States withhold foreign aid from both the Palestinian National Authority and the State of Israel and instead distribute the combined funds based on the behavior of both sides of the conflict. This would create an economic framework that rewards action that removes roadblocks to peace and punishes violence/inciting violence by awarding monetary damages to the other state in proportion to the damage/violence committed and/or the humanitarian disasters created as a result of their actions.
