Gender equality, notably in the workplace, is a serious issue in modern life. We as the people would like to see accurate research done to gauge what necessary steps must be taken to create wage equality between men and women. Very few studies conducted on such issues have provided realistic and/or accurate results. I urge you to do so in a way that will enable the American people to take steps toward creating an even playing field for all citizens, regardless of their gender.
