As a response to the White House shooting down Gil Kerlikowske's petition for the legalization and regulation of marijuana, we the people ask of our government to give us an unbiased, and empirically/scientifically supported answer to the following two questions:
Is marijuana truly more harmful to the individual, both physically and mentally, than alcohol?
After having answered the preceding question, isn't it time to act on the the possibilities of Harvard econ professor, Dr. Jeffrey Miron's, 2005 estimates of the potential capital that could be generated/reallocated by the legalization, regulation, and taxation of marijuana products?
