Conduct a federal investigation on the operation of Port St Lucie Neighborhood Watch

Winson Saintelot is consistently harassed everyday 24/7 by the St Lucie County Police, St Lucie residents, Troopers, Neighborhood Watch Program, ambulance, city officials, and Palm Beach County Police without any probable cause at any time. Harassment acts stem from Saintelot being assaulted as a pedestrian while the driver (city resident) is in a vehicle raving his motor vehicle’s engine loudly, and taking off at high speed one to two feet distance. Police pulling behind his vehicle to run his tag, or following him throughout his trip. Police consistently shows up synchronized timing at the intersection of (SW Hoffenberg Ave - SW Port St Lucie Blvd) and (SW Monterey Ln - SW Port St Lucie Blvd) every other day throughout the year.
