conduct an immediate investigation on Angela Corey, State District Attorney for Florida's 4th Judicial Circuit.

Created by D.D. on July 16, 2013

During the recent trial in Sanford, FL involving George Zimmerman, State Attorney Angela Corey and her office knowingly withheld evidence from Mr. Zimmerman's defense team, a Brady information violation.

Though Mr. Zimmerman was acquitted, his own right to a fair trial was jeopardized. Past and future defendants are more than likely to have been, or will be, subjected to this inappropriate conduct.

The Department of Justice should conduct a full investigation on this office to determine if any Brady violations were committed in the Zimmerman case. Furthermore, a full review of past defendants should be performed on those whom were prosecuted by Miss Corey's office. If any allegations are true, immediate disbarment and prosecution of said people should ensue.
