We demand and have the RIGHT to know how our government is spending our money. Every penny! With no national security stone walls, and not conducted by an internal "committee". This audit should be conducted by a reputable panel of forensic accountants that are not currently paid by any government funding. This panel should be above reproach, protected from intimidation, and given access to everything(highest security clearance).
