Conduct an investigation on Christopher Dorner's claims and the LAPD officers who shot at civilians without any warning.

Created by A.S. on February 08, 2013

Christopher Jordan Dorner, an ex-officer of LAPD, posted a manifesto online and described his experience with reporting an officer of the law for use of excessive force. Other disturbing claims of racism, unprofessional conduct, and the "Blue Line" were stated in this manifesto that, if true, raise legitimate concerns about this nation's law enforcement officers and if they are qualified to protect the People.

On Feb. 7th, 5 AM PST, LAPD officers opened fire on a truck without issuing any warnings, commands, nor identifications to the passengers, assuming that the suspect, Dorner, was in the vehicle. Regardless of the situation, the actions taken by these officers were extremely inappropriate and dangerous.

We, the People, ask that an investigation be opened on the concerns stated above.
