On November7,2014 with the City of Detroit's Chapter9 Bankruptcy confirmation came the first ever United States ANTITRUST VIOLATION to be included in a Chapter 9 bankruptcy.This2006lawsuit for Detroit Police towing corruption against the City of Detroit and the Detroit Board of Police commissioners took 2 years for Judge Robert Ziolkowski of the Third Circuit Court,County of Wayne to rule summary judgment citing the City of Detroit was not immune from these Michigan Antitrust Act violations.This Antitrust Violation for City of Detroit towing contract corruption had NEVER been presented to a jury as demanded by our constitution.The massive evidence of this contract corruption must be heard to save Detroit from City corruption!Court records are changed/ missing! 10-009510CZ
