The last time a similar petition was opened, you turned us down with a disappointingly ignorant response that looked as though it had been written in the 1930's, telling us that smoked marijuana is addictive and will make us go retarded, and that you needed more research. Than that is what I'll ask for, legitimate, federally conducted, research covering the short and long term affects of marijuana. This includes using both smoked and non-smoked methods.
