Conduct a new impartial investigation into the September 28 1994 sinking of the MS Estonia. which left over 800 dead.

In September of 1994 the MS Estonia sank killing over 800 people. To this date most of the bodies have not been recovered and remain inside the ship. An investigation was held but is under controversy and the families want answers and to be able to bury they're loved ones. Right now they are raising the Costa Concordia with only 32 deaths.
