Conduct OPEN Investigations of Factory Farming Standard Practices - Show the Reality to US Citizens via Streaming Video.

This petition asks that 1) an Independent, unaffiliated agency conduct thorough investigations of known factory farming facilities which raise and/or slaughter animals within the United States, as well as 2) unannounced spot checks of facilities alleged to have had abusive events, 3) streaming video of inspections to be available online to the general public for the purpose of education and informed choice; and 4) an investigation into the Constitutionality of the Animal Enterprise Protection Act of 1992 (Public Law 102-346--Aug. 26, 1992) and the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA) (Pub.L. 109-374; 18 U.S.C. § 43) as applies to free speech and existing animal protection laws.
