This petition is designed to refocus the American People on taking a proactive stance at preventing further tragedies with similar circumstances to the Sandy Hook Massacre which is being evidenced as caused by an individual who was diseased with Congenital Analgia/Congenital Inability to feel physical pain sensation. Increased public awareness may help further the cause of avoiding future calamity and protect the public safety greatly.
