The violent organization calling themselves the Ferguson Police Department has initiated a campaign of terror and intimidation against American citizens in Ferguson, Missouri. They have created a humanitarian crisis in Ferguson by committing:
1) An extra-judicial killing
2) Violent raids on American corporations' property, resulting in the kidnapping of journalists
3) The blatant restrictions on Americans' rights to peaceful assembly
4) The assault of Americans both in public spaces and on their property.
If left unchecked this organization could embolden similar groups around the country. Please use the authority claimed in your 06/16/10 memorandum regarding terrorists who "pose a 'continued and imminent threat' of violence to United States persons and interests" to eliminate the FPD.
