Based on the results of the investigation conducted by the PBS program 'Frontline' there has not been a thorough investigation of commercial and Investment banks for fraud and other crimes that led up to the financial collapse of 2008. We demand that there be a thorough investigation by the Justice Department and other federal agencies of commercial and investment banks for fraud and other crimes. These crimes unjustly enriched the banks and some of their employees who facilitated the said crimes. This investigation should focus especially on the various boards of directors and other supervisor personnel and should include the sources cited in the Frontline investigation cited above.
