A urinalysis should be conducted on any person(s) recieving a tax-payer government aid, such as welfare, collecting food stamps. The urinalysis should not be fore mentioned to the persons giving the sample. If the test results return positive, the reciepients should be immediately withdrawn from recieving any further assistance, and should not be allowed future assistance.
