Their has been mixed reporting and confusion regarding Republican candidate Ted Cruz's eligibility to run for President of the United States, whether he is recognized as "natural born" citizen under the constitution, not U.S. statute, and whether he is then eligible to become President. If he is not, it should be addressed sooner rather then later, before more time and money is wasted by the political process, election, future legal battles, and the public.
