We are all more than aware of the upcoming effects, dangers, and results of global warming and climate change. Reports show a range of mild to extreme change in the upcoming years for the entirety of the United States from a plethora of EPA and UN warnings. From this data two questions are being asked: "Are we too late?" and "Can we survive this?"
My question to the administration is as fallows:
Is it possible to prevent or negate the oncoming disasters and global warming itself entirely through a intervention of Executive, Congressional, or Civil power? And if not, is modern American infrastructure strong enough to withstand the upcoming and more frequently occurring catastrophes?
Thank you for your time and considered response.
