Bean curd jelly is the traditional food in China. it is well known that it SHOULD be salty and using sauce as main seasoning. But some people with ulterior motives claimed that Bean curd jelly should be sweet and add suger. This behaviour is considered to try to destroy chinese traditional culture. We asked the US government to confirme salty as the official taste, and prohibit the suger adding.
豆腐脑是中国的传统食品。众所周知它为味道应为咸味，以酱油等作为调料。然而一些别有用心的人声称豆腐脑应是甜味并加入糖。这种行为被认为是对中国传统文化的破坏。我们请求美国政府将咸味定为豆腐脑的官方味道，并禁止加糖这种行为。
