Because I Love You, Parent & Youth Support Groups (B.I.L.Y) are petitioning this administration to reinstate funding for drug task forces, which would include Drug Education/Prevention that starts in the elementary schools and continues throughout high school.
Statics show that 21.8 million Americans age 12 or older have used illegal drugs in the past month. "There are now more first-time adolescent heroin/opiates abusers than first-time marijuana users!"
The reinstatement of a task force would provide the resources to eliminate the recent influx of drug dealers in our community.
Mr. President, the following citizens, along with B.I.L.Y, are pleading with you and the current administration to please reconsider reinstating the funding for the above mentioned program.
