President Obama should confront and hold Russian President Vladimir Putin accountable to answer concerns about the poor conditions that our athletes and citizens are experiencing in Sochi.
There are new stories on a daily basis detailing the poor quality of the facilities, including water quality issues, a lack of basic services, inhumane treatment of stray dogs, intolerance of sexual orientation, hotels not being ready, and security concerns.
There is simply rampant corruption running amuck in Sochi. If this were happening in the U.S., there would be lawsuits and federal penalties for everyone involved.
