Remove all pay, healthcare, insurance, and retirement benefits given to the current president and congressional leaders until they pass a balanced budget. This budget must also show plans for future reduction in the National debt. In addition No congressional leaders may run for reelection until a balanced budget is passed.
If congress passes a balanced budget their income, healthcare, and retirement benefits from the government shall be reinstated to a level equal to an American in the bottom 40% of the economic sanding of all Americans.
With plans of eliminating the National Debt within the next 30 years.
